Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
MY land is in a small village called MOti chanvai. I purchase my agriculture land with my own funds and for convenience I put my two sons names on the ownership document. Now, I want sell my land and both my sons are refusing to sign selling document. Please advise .

as your sons are also being shown as owners, their consent for the sale is also required.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your sons are refusing to sell the land, and you are in need of money, you should lease the land for a fixed period to another entity / person on agreed terms and conditions.
