Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
a land sold in 2009 using notary power shows date of notary earlier than stamp paper purchased date, in the beginning only wrong surname printed of the attorney holder, purchaser of the stamp paper used is other than any name mentioned in the the power. cant his deal be challenged. if yes please let me know the section applicable thanking you rachana

Land cannot be sold by Power of Attorney. Even a Power of Attorney authorizing to deal with the land needs to be registered.
