Dear Sir / Madam,
Tenancy agreements with the Landlord - Tenant arrangement have ceased to exist way back in 1985. It is purely left to the landlord whether and when he wishes to redevelop his property. Just in case you feel insecure and are living in danger, you should look for an alternative accommodation elsewhere.
