Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My Landlord based outside India (house/ property in Bangalore that i occupied as a tenant) is deducting an exorbitant and unreasonable amount of security deposit in collusion with the property agent who I paid brokerage to and who is openly saying he will not follow what is written in the tenancy contract. I dont have enough time to go to courts etc (am also now based outside India) but want to teach them a lesson, please advise.

You may retain a lawyer in India and take appropriate legal action against the tenant as per law as he may be in contravention of lease agreement.
