Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am landlord and I had file a case against my tenant but my tenant make a fraud along with a third person who file a rent case against my tenant.the third person show a false will to the court and won the case.these fraud come to me when's my tenant give the possesion to the third person.I want to know that is there is any rulling for this case.I will.be very thank ful to you please contact at [email protected]
