MY LANDLORD HAD MADE A VERBAL COMMITMENT WITH ME TO SELL HIS PROPERTY TO ME.. AND i TOOK TIME TO ARRANGE PAYMENT BY SELLING MY PROPERTY ,NOW I HAVE SOLD MY PROPERTY FOR BUYING THIS house NOW LANDLORD IS DENYING AND SELLING HIS PROPERTY TO SOMEONE ELSE FOR MAKING MORE MONEY.AND FORCING US TO VACANT THE HOUSE.. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?? WHEN I HAVE ALREADY SOLD MY PROPERTY FOR BUYING THIS HOUSE??
NEED ADVISE , SHOULD LANDLORD BOUND TO SELL HIS PROPERTY TO HIS TENANT FIRST? IF HE IS NOT DOING THAT WHAT SHOULD TENANT DO?

It's not that this assumed contract was between landlord or tenant etc.
But its a contract between two persons, contract is a verbal one iand s a case of promissory estoppel.
Go for a case.
Yes. He is bound to respect his committment. Even otgerwise, you have preferential right. Get stay order from court.

Dear landlord is not bound to sell his property tp tanent . But of an agreement even oral it based on evidence to prove .
So if u have any witness of oral agreement with landlord then u got the right to sue and get stay order.
Otherwise no right.
