My late grandmother's Land at Bikaner was aquired by Raj. Govt. under Land Ceiling Act in 1988, for which we have not taken any compensation. I have a probate in my name. Can I sell the land on as it is & where it is basis.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the land has already been acquired by the Rajasthan Government, it is under litigation, so you cannot sell it.
