Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

is there any law in the favour of that son. who takes care of his parents. my father has 2 sons and 1 daughter , only i takes care of my father and mother . am i legaly able to take my parents property ??

NO there is no such law. Every heir is entitled to claim equal share in the parental property. However, your parents can execute WILL in favor of one child and bequath all their property in favor of one heir.
