Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have lawfully purchased and registered my property in 2003 and obtained Patta for the same on my name. And have been paying property tax till date. Have also got all appropriate records Like \"A\" Register, Adangal etc on my name up to date. Recently i had paid the fees at respective Thaluk office to survey the exact extent of my property. While the Survey was in progress the Villagers have objected and interrupted the Survey and have beaten up my care taker claiming that they have been using the property for cultivation. Somehow the surveying was completed and the boundary stones were put in place. The very next day all the boundary stones were uprooted by the villagers and have commenced using the land. The villagers do not hold any documentation for the property and infact do not even know the details of the property. It has come to my knowledge that they were been using my property illegaly for cultivation from time to time without my consent and knowledge.Kindly advice as to how to take legal action against them and to retain possession of the property with out same issue recurring again in future.

Dear Sir / Madam,

In view of your caretaker having been beaten by the villagers when the inspection of the land was being conducted by the Surveyors, it is a law and order situation. Police intervention (FIR) against the villagers is recommended.
