I need your help in one case. I am living in Blore. I want to purchase a second hand house. But owner is not living here. He is living in Korea right now. This flat belongs to owner and owner's wife. Today is Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti !!

It is advisable to directly interact and deal with the Owner of the property in Korea, obtain their written consent to sell the house, and then purchase the house in Bengaluru. Let the Power of Attorney (POA) holder only complete the formalities of registration thereto.
