Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi. I have seen a layout where villas are planned near Guduvanchery, Chennai. They have got panchayat approval. I like the plan and location. Please advice me if panchayat approval is enough in that location. I dont want to get in to trouble in future as few people told me that panchayat approval is not of any value and if the panchayat leader changes, the approval might be removed.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Seeing is believing. Investing is recommended if and only if the specific plot of land where you villa is proposed to be constructed is in your name in the district registrar's land record. Else, the project is not worth investing a penny.
