Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am leaving in Delhi in a DDA alloted quarter which was alloted to my grandfather 30 years before and my grandfather had 9 child in which 3 child died and also my grandparents died and we also construct the same property and made 3 floor above the same with permission of all but now some of them said if we sell they need share will u pls tell us any advice in that
