Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

I am leaving in a flat which i got on rent through pagri system by my name, and i am very punctual to pay the rent, but last 3 year my owner asked me to eviction from this house, in that case i am submit my rent in court..building has 5 to 6 shared owners. and i think they also do not have this property on there name and building lease is also expired...now he trying to register a case in court..kindly suggest me what to do..and how much bigger it will be for me

You are depositing rent in the court, meaning thereby a case is already pending between you and your landlord in rent controller court ?. if yes, then no need to be worry until that case gets concluded. the second case by your landlord intending to dis-posses you from the building lost its importance..
