Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Can legal heirs seek partition of one property at a time?
My grandfather left behind a factory and a house. My grandmother still resides in the house, and therefore, we'd like to take our share in factory, but not the house yet.
Alternatively, can the factory land be split up into 3, so we may begin our operations in our part of the land?
