i live in a house which is on my mothers name. my mother diedin 2011.
i have one married brother and father.
i am a divorced lady. my brother wants i should leave this house.\
how can i have this property on my name .my parents have many more flats also.

Dear Madam,
If your deceased mother has written her Will that her house in which you are presently living should be transferred in your name, all you need to do is to obtain a Probate on her Will to transfer the title of the flat in your name. In the absence of her Will, the title of the flat vests in the name of your father.
