Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Hi There ,

I live in London and have about 250 inherited Properties in Pakistan with 3 other co-sharers (My Brothers). All has of these properties has been equally

Transferred among all brothers by our Late father. So legally I am right fully owner of 25% of these properties or any income come from these properties. All of these properties are Let out and produce Substantial monthly income. But unfortunately my Brothers do not give me any share out of rental income.

My Question :

Can I apply in the court to issues notice to Tenets to Pay there rent in the Account designated by Court and then court will distributes that rent amount us brothers (Until the division of the properties done) .

OR

I have to request to the court to appoint the commission to collect the true rental income and details of all the tenets first and then court will pass the order for rent collection and submit rent in the designated bank Account.

Please Kindly enlighten me which Method is fastest and safest and what are the chances of my success (providing that all the property documents proves that I am the legal sharer and Inteqal (Transfer) of the properties on my name has been done )

Who is landlord in written agreements with tenants ?

What method/layout adopted by the deceased to distribute properties ?

Either properties still in the name of deceased or transferred in your name ?

Have you divided other moveable assets of your father amongst you?

If yes, then how ? Through court order? Or mutual consent?
