i am living with my father and family in a pagdi type room in mumbai which was purchased by him. he has transferred the room to my sister's name. do i have any legal rights in the room?

NO, if your father has transferred the tenancy in your sister's name, you do not have any legal rights in the room.

since your father has transferred the tenancy in your sister's name therefore you do not have any legal right in the room
