Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am living in a house for the past 35 years..I bought this land from my brother 35 years ago and I constructed the house , ..During that time, House did not register on my name .. after that I am only paying house taxes,electricity and water charges and municipality taxes on my name for the past 35 years...but house land is on my brother name...Now he is threatening me He will go to court to occupy the land and house as it is on his name...what should I do...Is there something legally I can proceed...Please advice...
