Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
A lower court held that Mr. A does not have title and ordered him to not intermingle with the property. ( Agricultural Land) . But before the judgement came Mr A sold off the property to another buyer and the second buyer is contesting an appeal without establishing Mr. A's right. What is the best available remedy?

Dear Sir / Madam,
A cannot transfer a better title than what he / she has. When the lower court has ruled that A itself does not have title to the property, the sale initiated by A to another buyer is null and void. The facts have to be given to the Court for information, summons to A to be present in the Court, and injunction on the illegal sale of the property by A.
Regards,
