Hi i m vijay thakare from nagpur
my cast is kunbi from 1992 i m living with brahman widow she did not have children only nephew is available last month she dead cause of natural.she have home and not nominated.from 2 years i m not with her.
my question is if home is not nominated anyone should i get some benefit for sending legal notice.
she is brahman and i m maratha by cast.
i m with her 14 years.
pls give advise sir

the caste is not important. Important is whether or not you were lawfully married with her. If she has left will in your favour then also you can claim. Or else what will be your basis of claim.
