Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have made agrement to sale without payment of single rupee. The dealer has made agreement to sale as per his covenience. The agreement is registered at district court. Now I want to cancel the agreement, what is the procedure for doing this,

Firstly, the contents of the agreement has to be seen. Every agreement can't be cancelled. Its terms and condition will decide whether it can be cancelled unilaterally or not.
