Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
hi, what happens if a man has married twice, but none of the marriage is registered. The first wife has a Son and the second wife with two daughters have been staying with this man for past 30 years in maharashtra. The first wife and her son have been staying at their native place some where in bihar with all the property of this man. this man has a house in maharashtra and the nominee is his Son. My question is - Is the second wife not eligible to get atleast one house for herself to stay? can she fight for her right?

she can get residence order by filing a complaint under domestic violence act.
