Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
A man who has a wife and 4 sons. He died without making any property will. Now after his all property right goes to his wife or segregated/divided equally among wife and sons. If all property right goes to wife then she has a right to disinherit to her sons from his property.

this is a repeat query. like I said if the man has died without making a will the property will be inherited equally by all his legal heirs. the mother cannot disinherit a son fronm the property.
