Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am a married woman. In 2004 my brother tried to forge my signatures to take my ancestral property and was caught by the tehsildar. To save him for jail and under pressure from my mother (my father died earlier) i had signed some documents. Now after almost 10 years when i went to tehsil to sell my part of property i had come to know that those signatures which i did was not to save my brother from jail, but they were on the property transfer in my brothers name. i am shocked and don't know how to react to this fraud done by my own mother. my mother is no more and my brother is acting as if he doesn't know me. what should i do now? please help.

You can ask for partition.secondly if your mother died afterwards intestate you can get share in that part also.
