my maternal uncle grabbed the share of my mother and all her sisters in a joint property held by them through aGPA signed by all sharers in favour of my uncle"s son .who in turn transfered the entire share of my mother and other sharers in favour of his father i.e my maternal uncle . will my uncle becomes the absolute owner The contents of GPA is not given at the time of signing the GPA and it is signed and notariesd . The GPA holder is uneducated and all of my aunties and my mother signed with good faith and it purely misused by maternal uncle Half of the property is sold and my mother has filed a case against my uncle to reopen the partition deed and to get injunction order in sessions court in Karnataka. What could happen in the court of law

GPA CAN BE SUCCESSFULLY CHALLENGED AND MOTHER'S SHARE CAN BE CLAIMED BY HERSELF AND HER LEGAL HEIRS.
