IN THE MATTER OF DEEMED CONVEYANCE IF THE LANDLORD/DEVELOPER/LAND OWNER DOES NOT GIVE THE CONVEYANCE TO THE ALREADY REGISTERED SOCIETY AND IF THE SOCIETY OFFICE BEARERS DO NOT WILLFULLY PURSUE THE CONVEYANCE DUE TO ULTERIOR MOTIVES THEN CAN A SINGLE MEMBER PURSUE THE SAME FOOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SOCIETY? dOES THE SOCIETY HAVE TO BE MADE A PARTY TO THE PROCEEDINGS?
