Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Myself meenu, i got married in 2006, my mother father got expired 3 years back, my father left with 6 marla property, can i claim my part in that? being married legally can i claim that?

my brother has objection on that, what should i do. he is forcibly not vacating the property. pls guide on same.

my father has not left any will.

Yes, you are entitled to a share along with mother and brother. Serve a notice calling for partition of property else file a suit for partition.
