mere husband and his bhabi ke nam par flat hai. she is a house wife. so income certificate mere husband ke nam ka hey . aise may first share holder mere husband nahi hai unaki bhabhi ho sakati hai kya? or mere husband second share holder rahenge to nomination mere nam par kar sakate hai ya nahi?
