Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have a Mhada Bunglow at Borivali. I have constructed 2 shops each 100sqft (carpet) in the front side and rest 1400sqft is residencial. What is the procedure for change of use for 2 shops for commercial use , from BMC.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Since you intend to change user of part bungalow to commercial, you will need to obtain a Shops & Establishments license for the two shops from the Brihanmumbai Mahanagarpalika (BMC).
