mmy father is died without making any will.i have 3 step brother and sister. Mother is same of all children. And mother is alive her age is 72 years. My step brother is live seperate from last 20 years. My question is that is my mother have any legal right to give whole property to my step brother and sister. Property presently in the name of my father.

No, your mother can't dispose off the property. The property would be divided among. If there is any difficulty you can file a partition suit in civil court.
