Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi, my mom has become a owner of the property which is acquired through WILL - registered in Karnataka by her Mother in law. This is a self acquired property of mom's mother in law. Can this WILL be challenged in court? If yes, on what grounds & what are the chances of this WILL being void.

the will can be challenged if it is forged , or the person making the will as not mentally sound to make the will . for further clarification contact at 9312411481
