Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My mom has the papers of the property which is on my name in india.She wants to open a joint account with me in a bank.Can she sell the property without my knowledge and encosh the amount because i opened a joint bank account ?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Your mother cannot sell the property in your name without your consent and signature on the Sale Deed.
