Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi my mom has given me a property(selfaquired)as gift deed 9th feb 2016 ,i have one elder brother to whom my mother gifted same propert on 10 feb 2016.

They again revoked 10 feb 2016 document .

With sone influence in registrar office my mom registered gift deed to my brother ,this new document is showing 2008 as registered .

Am alone single women ,staying away on my own,my mom clearly cheated me ,what action can i taken on mom and brother.

How to proovet that new document of 2008 is fake,how can she gift it to me in 2016 if its already gifted to my brother.

Please advise

Only after seeing the document can I tell you whether it is fake or not. And you may also file an RTI to get the correct information and document from registrar office.
