Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My mother bequeathed the property to me in her will but she added that I would not be allowed to sell for a period of "five" years after her demise. FIVE has been misspelt as vide. What should i do?

Vide is a Latin term, meaning �see.� This has no meaning as per your mother's will. You can file a court case mentioning that you are not able sell the property because of this error.
