Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My mother and brother has sold a plot bought by my father which was in the name of my father and they have not given any information about location of plot, date of selling, name of buyer, price of selling and have not given me any money of my portion. What can I do? Is it a crime? Can I take a criminal action against my mother and brother? They have sold the plot in year 2010.

the plot was sold in 2010 when did you find out about it?? you can file a civil suit against them.

You can file a suit for recovery that is civil suit , you have to see whether it is time barred or not if not then you can file a suit.
