Legal Question in Real Estate Law in
Mother two brothers and one sister have got conveyance deed made by Delhi Development Authority in their joint names. But they want property to be registered in a single name so that it remains marketable. what is the procedure for this.

as the conveyance deed is in the name of all, the property stands in the name of four people only and only when the other three execute a sale deed in favour of mother or relinquish their share in the name of mother, can it be registered solely in her name. even if the property stands in the name of 4, still it is marketable and all of them need to sell it as vendors.
