Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
If mother and father both have expired without will of the property and also it has not been ragistered in any of name then i would like to know that married daughter have right on that property or not?
Other part i would like to know that there brothers can transfer the property in there names without informing the sisters.
Please suggest

daughters have a right in the parents property and any transfer done without thir consent can be challenged.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your parents have passed away intestate (without making a gift or writing up their Will) you need to obtain a Succession Certificate from the Court and partition the property accordingly.
