Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My mother gifted me a property via registered gift deed. After her demise my brother wants a share in the property and is threating us that he will go to court. The property is self possessed . Would like to know if the court can cancel the gift deed.

no if the property is self acquired the gift deed cannot be challenged

It will depend upon the nature of the property if the property is self acquired it cannot be challenged if ancestral it can be.
