Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My mother is having a house which is right now on lease where I am living. She went with my sister and her husband. They both are having the papers of my mother's property where I am living right now. I am the only son to my family. My father passed away 10 years ago. I am having only my mother's home as a property. My sister and her husband are not returning the property papers. Please suggest something.

Unfortunately women are the absolute owner of the property whatsoever the source u/s 14 in India.she can dispose it anyway.
