Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My mother passed away and left one agricultural land. We are three brothers and two sisters. The sisters want to sell their share and the brothers dont want to sell their shares. What do we do?

If partition ha taken place, then there is no problem in selling the same. But if not, execute a family partition deed and share equally. The brother can also purchase the land if they wish.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your mother has passed away intestate (without a Will) her estate including the agricultural land vests in your father. Should he too concur with the decision of his daughters to sell the agricultural land, the brother's objections to sell is automatically vetoed.
