Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My Mother possessed a small land (0.25 acre) which was gifted by her brother's (4 Nos.) at the time of her marriage, 40 years ago and since then we were cultivating Coconut plantation in it.

After her death, myself, my 2 brothers & 2 sisters became legal heirs of it. 8 years ago, I purchased it entirely from my brothers & sisters by paying necessary amount to them and since then i was cultivating the coconut plantation and it was under my complete possession..

All these possessions were made document-less. Neither my Mother had the Official document from her brothers during her marriage nor myself had got any registered document from my brothers & sisters. I Only had the receipt of payment on normal papers from my 2 sisters for the same.

Taking all these as an advantage, now, one of my Mother's Brother want to illegally occupy it. How can i avoid this illegal occupancy? How can i make it registered on my name?

1) Whether the money receipts state the payment was for sale of their share.

2) Whether the brother who is disputing now has also given u the receipt.

3) Then u can file specific performance suit against all of them.
