Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my mother purchased a property but she died without any will. now me and my brother signed an relinquishment deed (registered) in our father favour . making him absolute owner .
My father want to transfer the whole property to me and not my brother by a gift deed (registered).
DOES HE HAS THE RIGHT TO DO THAT ?
If yes can my brother claim any right in the property.

Whether the father can transfer the property depends on the language of the relinquishment deed signed by you and your brother.
