Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

My mother, a Sunni Muslim died in 2004.She had two sons,one of whom died during her life time in 1994 leaving behind two daughters(my mother"s grand daughters).I understand that under Sharia law, the grand daughters do not inherit.What will be their shares in the inheritance under section 4 of Muslim Family Law Ordinance, 1961 of Pakistan, Thank You.

they are going to inherit 2/3rd of share belonging to your brother if he would have lived.. his wife will get 1/8th share.. Rest will come back to u.. For more do consult at [email protected]
