Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My mother wishes to settle her property in the name of four sons and two daughters and in this settlement deed she like to insert one clause stating that `after her death the property should be sold out and the amount should be shared among all equally.If any one does not cooperate or deny for selling this property,the remaining members can right to sell the property and settle the share amount of unwillingness person by depositing the same amount into his bank account.`My doubt is

Can this clause be inserted in the settlement deed?

she is making a will. please get it drafted by an advocate and all the ambiguities can be removed and yet her wishes can be incorporated in the will.
