Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My mother is 85 years old. She often got memory loss. She has an immovable property in her name.To her we are 4 sons and 3 daughters. She is living with one of her son and this son tried to execute a settlement deed in his name of my mothers property using her memory loss advantage.Now we others want to stop this.Can we write a petition to the Registrar not to register this document if they ask to register? Please tell us what steps to take to stop this registration.

You have to prove the physical and mental incompetence of your mother by medical check ups in court of law and get the directions to the sub registrar from court.
