Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Mr. A gives a GPA to his daughter Mrs. B
Ms. C, who is the granddaughter of Mr. A and daughter of Mrs. B also gives a GPA to Mrs B.
So, one person has GPA from two people.
This person then executed a Gift Deed acting as Donor (Mr. A,) and Donee (Ms. C.) Basically, using father's GPA she acted as Donor and using daughters GPA as donee. Is this legal?
