muslim wife thrown away from pagri based house can take stay order for preventing house to be transfered to third pary ?

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the Owner has valid reasons for her eviction from his house like delayed or non-payment of agreed monthly compensation or lease charges for residing in the premises, the defaulter cannot justify that the Owner is evicting her to sell the house to a third party, which may not actually be so. Even if it is, only the Owner decides how he / she deals with his / her owned property.
