muslim wife thrown away from pagri based house by her husband can take stay order for preventing house to be transfered to third pary by the husband?

It does not matter whether its a pagri house, or self owned or like that, a wife has always the residential right in the property of the husband. Yes, you can move a civil suit for injunction (stay order) prohibiting him from selling the house or creating any third party interest. Secondly, You may take action under Family courts Act as well..
