Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My neighbour has tresppassed on my property by drilling holes in my wall in order to accommodate grills on his side of the wall. The wall lies entirely on my property. Also, they have stained our wall with cement solution. What legal action can I take? Kindly advice.

you have both civil as well as criminal remedy in your favour. You may a civil suit for mandatory injunction asking court to direct the neighbor to remove grills and close the holes in your wall and also seek damages to wall and as well to your peace. You can also file a criminal complaint for tresspassing in your house property
