Legal Question in Real Estate Law in
The nominee of my father's flat (in Co-op Society in Mumbai)
is my MOTHER.
After his death, can the flat will transfer in my name?
As there is no objection from my mother, brother & sister
to transfer the flat in my name.
They are ready to make any affidavit.
Please tell me the procedure.
